The photo added by Boyd Weber features Dottie with her twin sisters May and Minnie. This is from the archives of her nephew Douglas Eugene Marx.

Her father Dr. Phineas Harrison Clemons was a surgeon during the Civil War, he watched over one of the black troops.

The family moved to Washington, D.C. in the mid-1880s. She married Max Georgii, a patent attorney, February 28, 1895. Sadly she died during the Malaria epidemic in Washington, D.C. on September 5, 1895. Her mother Eugenia died October 28, 1895 as well.
