J. Raymond Ogilbee was a printer by trade, in business with is brother, William Earl "W. Earl" Ogilbee, as "Ogilbee Bros" in the Portland area. He also worked as an assayer.

He became a patient in the Oregon State Hospital, Salem, Marion, Oregon from sometime between 1910/1920 until his death, 24 Dec 1946.

The hospital became the subject of a short 17 minute documentary film, "Library of Dust", which ultimately led to the building of a new hospital, staffed and equipped for excellent care of their patients.

Note from FaG Memorial Manager: I am too far removed a relation (2C2XR) to participate: no contact with his family descendants and quite distant from any family cemeteries in Oregon or Ohio. So I'm doing what I can: managing his Memorial and making it available for closer relatives.
