BREMEN -- Mark A. Fox, 50, of Fir Road, died from injuries sustained in a car accident at the intersection of Pierce and Beech roads in eastern St. Joseph County on Friday (Aug. 1, 2003).

He was born Nov. 3, 1952, in St. Joseph County, the son of Delbert and Agnes (Berkey) Fox. On Aug. 25, 1984, he married Barb Bowen.

Mr. Fox's wife survives, along with one son at home, Andrew. Other survivors include a daughter, Barbara S. Fox of Indianapolis, and one sister, Mrs. James (Connie) Hart of Olympia, Wash.

A 1971 graduate of Penn High School, he was an inspector for Travel Supreme of Wakarusa. He was a member of Osceola Church of the Brethren, where he was a Sunday school teacher. He also was a 4-H adult leader for the rabbit and poultry clubs.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home of Wakarusa. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the 10 a.m. Wednesday service at Osceola Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Don Carroll will preside, and burial will follow at Olive (West) Cemetery.
