William Scott Abrams, 65, Sunbury, father of William I. Abrams, widely known Sunbury vocalist, was found dead in bed during the weekend, victim of an acute heart seizure, with which he was stricken as he slept. Discovery of Abrams' sudden death was made by a member of the family who investigated when he remained abed longer than usual.
Abrams was well known as an industrial machinist. A foreman in the machine shops of the former Sunbury Converting Works, he was active in the Evangelical Congregational Church and a member of several fraternal bodies.
