Fountain Green Woman, 82, Dies Anna Elizabeth Nielson Cook, 82, a native of Fountain Green and mother and sister of Orem and Provo residents, died in the Utah Valley Hospita1 Wednesday afternoon of natural causes.

She was born Oct. 4, 1885, In Fountain Green, a Mrs. Cook daughter of Lars and Maria Christiansen Nielson.

She married Thomas H. Cook on Nov. 13, 1907, in the Manti LDS Temple. He died April 27, 1961. Mrs. Cook received her education i n Fountain Green schools and lived there most of her life, with the exception of a few years which she spent in Provo and Salt Lake City.

A very active member of the LDS Church, she had served as president of the YWMIA for many years, as a Stake Relief Society officer, a Relief Society visiting teacher, and had also worked in the Primary Organization. Mrs. Cook had been an active member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

Survivors include five sons and two daughters, Ralph W. Cook, Kermil Cook and Emerson Cook, all of Fountain Green; Pershing J. Cook, Belle Faurche, S.D.; Thomas K. Cook, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Asael J. (Odessa) Olsen, Midvale, and Mrs. R Clyde (Phyllis) Memmott Orem; J4 grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters, L Edward Nielson, Fountair Green; Niels C. Nielson anc Zina N. Cook, both of Provo; Laura Llewellyn, Dallas, Tex. and Mrs. Ben (Ethel) Lamb Wales.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Fountain Green LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ursenbach Mortuary in Mt. Pleasant and on Saturday from 11 a.m. unti! the services at the Thomas H. Cook family home in Fountain Green. Burial will be in the Fountain Green City Cemetery.
