Rosemary McKinley, age 75, of New Paris, Ohio, died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Reid Hospital.

Born March 6, 1937, in Richmond to Clarence Sherman and Bessie Loraine Gephart Taylor, she lived in Richmond most of her life. Rosemary worked for Elder Davis-Matthews Casket Division factory in the sewing room. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and the Blue Star Mothers of Eaton, Ohio, which helped to serve the military and veterans. Rosemary loved to sew and was active in her church.

Survivors include her son, Bob McKinley (Pat) of Elkhart, Ind.; daughter, Vickie Crull (Bob) of New Paris, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason McKinley (Brandi) of Richmond, Ashley Blevins (Andrew) of New Paris, Ohio, Cory Crull, serving in the Navy in Bremerton, Wash., and Brittany and Taylar McKinley, both of Elkhart, Ind.; great-grandchildren, Weslee, Trinity, Tayden, and Meadow; brother, Bill Taylor of Tennessee; nieces; nephews and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. McKinley, who died in 1991; and her parents.

Visitation for Rosemary McKinley will be from 5 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 21 at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Wagers officiating. Burial will be in Lutherania Cemetery.
