Joseph Mann.

Joseph Mann died at his home, No. 118 West Crawford street at 8:50 a.m. today of locomotir ataxia and paralysis after a protracted illness. He had been unconscious since Wednesday.

His funeral will be held Sunday, friends to meet at the house at 1 p.m. and proceed to the First Evangelical church, where the service will be conducted at 2 o'clock by Rev. D. Spangler of Bethel Evangelical church and Rev. Mr. Knepper of New Paris.

Mr. Mann was born in Richland county, Ohio, October 25, 1841. Eleven years later he was taken to Baugo township by his parents and resided there nearly all of his life, engaged in farming. He came to this city in October, 1909.

Mr. Mann is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J.A. Wallace of this city, whose home was with her father; brother, Daniel Mann of this city, and sister, Mrs. Samuel Pletcher of Jamestown. Mrs. Mann died January 18, last.
