On Thursday, April 5th, John Stewart, youngest son of Mr and Mrs John Gayman of this place, died after several weeks illness of bronchitis, aged 1 year, 1 month and 28 days. Little Johnny was a bright and interesting child, the light and joy of the home circle. He was a favorite with all who knew him, and his charming ways endeared him to all around him. The family are greatly grieved, but their loss is his eternal gain. The funeral took place on Saturday at 1 o'clock, conducted by Rev S M Stouffer. Interment in the Newville cemetery.
