Helen Catherine F. Showalter, 51, died June 12 at Hospice Savannah.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah, attended St. Paul's Lutheran Day School and graduated in 1965 from Savannah High School, where she was homecoming queen in 1965. Her 1st husband was Gerald Derwood Guest who died in 1981. They had 3 children. Helen was employed by Kemira Pigments Inc. as a computer analyst and volunteered with the St. Martin Deporus Foundation.

SURVIVORS: her 2nd husband, Harry John Randall Showalter of Savannah; three sons, Ashly Calvin Guest, Jason Marcus Guest and Marshall Fleetwood Showalter, all of Savannah; two daughters, Jennifer Guest Britt and Sarah Catherine Showalter, both of Savannah; sister, Betty Fleetwood Ramsey of Ft. Collins, Colo.; two grandchildren, Harrison Dale Britt and Clayton Henry Guest, both of Savannah.
