Passed away on December 10, 2002 in Petaluma, CA. Devoted husband of the late Dr. Lucille Freuler Nay. Loving father of Elinore Bost and her husband James of Sacramento; Lora Nay of Reno, NV; Janis Nay of Sacramento; William E. "Bill" Nay and his wife Karen of Petaluma; Robert Filler and his wife Kathy of Prescott Valley, AZ; John Nay and his wife Myrna of New Carrollton, MD; James Nay and George Nay of Reno, NV. Loving grandfather of 17 and loving great-grandfather of 6. Loving brother of Ruby Etchemendy of Reno, NV and the late Mary Perry. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of San Francisco, age 87 years. He was a member of Mosaic Lodge #218 F.& A.M., a 25-year member of the Sports Car Club of America and an Honored Life Member of Northwest Hill Climb Association. Mr. Nay passed away after a short illness in Petaluma. He was a computer specialist, working for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory for over 20 years, retiring in 1979. He has lived in Petaluma for the past 19 years. At the request of Mr. Nay, no services were held.
