MRS. ALMA L. STRUNK
WINDBER — Mrs. Alma L. Strunk, a resident of Clearfield County for many years, died March 24 at her home at 602 17th St., Windber. She was 85.
Mrs. Strunk was born Jan. 11, 1874, in New Millport, a daughter of Philip and Mary (Schoening) Erhard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Strunk, in 1937, and a son, Mervill, in 1902.
She is survived by these children: Mrs. Irvin (Nellie) Barnhart, Nanty Glo; M. Valilia, Edna V. and Florence F., all at home; Mrs. James (Zelma) Faust, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Harry Glenn, Detroit, Mich.; two grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
She was a sister of Mrs. Nellie Vance and Mrs. Leta Jurick, both of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Lynn Erhard, McKeesport.
Mrs. Strunk was a member old the Windber First Lutheran Church and Windber Order, of Eastern Star.
Funeral services were held at Windber last Thursday and burial followed in Richland Cemetery.
