Alma Reed Radmall of Pleasant Grove died October 6, 1999, of complications due to multiple myloma.
He was born November 26, 1922 to Alma Radmall Jr,, and Perlinda May Christiansen Radmall. He served five , years in the U. S. Army 204th Field Artillery Battalion during WWII, receiving an honorable discharge, and returned home in November, 1945.
He married Phyllis May Nelson in the Salt Lake Temple on August 28, 1946. Reed was an avid sportsman teaching over 1000 young people hunter safety. He enjoyed muzzle loading and military gun collecting for over 40 years.
One of his greatest joys was when he and Phyllis were called to serve at the LDS Employment Bureau in American Fork, Utah. He held the office of High Priest at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, one daughter Terry Ann Chander and husband Robert, a Melvin "R" and wife Denise; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Additional survivors include sisters Lorena Cutler and Opal Nielson.
The family would like to give thanks to Applegate Home Health Care, Hospice and the staff at Orem Nursing Rehab North Wing who took such loving care of Reed.
Funeral services were Monday October 11, 1999 in the Pleasant Grove, Grove Creek Fourth Ward Chapel. Interment will be in the Orem Timpanogos Memorial Gardens.
