Hermina ‘Hattie' Lanicek

Services for Hermina "Hattie" Lanicek, 92, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Monsignor John McCaffrey will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lanicek died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.

She was a lifelong resident of Bryan. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she was in the KJZT, the Women's Guild and Age Managers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Lanicek.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Mary Lanicek of Bryan; three daughters and a son-in-law, Loretta Lanicek, Joan Kosarek and Dolores and Joe Kuciemba, all of Bryan; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund or St. Joseph Catholic School.
