WHITNEY, Cecil, age 50 years, passed away at the family home, 280 Madison avenue, Friday, Oct. 19. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. May Belle Whitney, two daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Heath, of La Junta, and Mrs. Marion E. Oberman, of Pueblo, one son, Maurice Dwight Whitney, of Pueblo, two grandchildren, Frances Whitney and Donald Heath. Mr. Whitney was a member of the First Congregational church, Silver State Lodge No. 95, A. F. and A. M. Knights of Pythias Lodge No. 52, the Woodmen of the World No. 3. Funeral services will take place at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon, Oct. 20, from the First Congregational church, 228 West Evans avenue. Arrangements in charge of the Davis Mortuary.
