Married Sosthenus McCabe on 22 MAR 1860 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

Mrs. Martha [sic] McCabe, aged 80 years, died at her home in Leonard last Thursday after an extended illness. Mrs. McCabe had been bedfast for about 10 years. Funeral services were held at Leonard last Saturday afternoon.

LEONARD NEWS.
Died, at her home in Leonard, Thursday at 2:30 p.m., Mrs. Margaret McCabe. Mrs. McCabe had been in failing health for several years. She was an aged lady, the widow of Mr. Sance McCabe, who passed away some 25 years ago. Mrs. M. leaves 3 daughters, Mrs. Belle McNab and Mrs. Hall, of near Macon and Mrs. Sallie Fuller of Leonard and 3 sons, William and Notley of Leonard and Zeno of Cherry Box. Mrs. McCabe was an excellent christian lady. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Johnson pastor of New Providence church, at Leonard. Burial in the Old Antioch cemetery at 2 p.m. Saturday. The family have the sympathy of the entire community.
