Mr. Mooney died Monday, July 30, 2010 in Antlers, Oklahoma. He was born Aug. 25, 1946 in East St. Louis, Illinois, to Stanton E. and Roberta H. (Herron) Mooney.
Mr. Mooney served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.
He married on June 17, 1995, in Rockdale.
Mr. Mooney retired from Alcoa in 1998 and was a farmer and rancher. He enjoyed horseback riding, watching western movies, mowing with his tractor, going to church, eating and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Mooney was preceded in death by his parents, Stanton E. and Roberta H. Mooney; two brothers, William James Mooney and Stanton Everette Mooney; and a sister, Barbara Jo Mooney.
Survivors are his wife, children three grandchildren, three brothers,and two sisters, also, many other relatives and friends.
