The following provided by #46890543:

The probate records of William Blackwell Wyatt, lists his daughter, Carrie Wyatt Loftis and her husband T. M. Loftis.
T. M. Loftis was appointed guardian ad litem for Carrie's younger siblings, because their parents had died. When T. M. These records can be found on Ancestry.com/wiki under the probate records of Henderson County, Texas: Texas, Probate Records, Henderson Co., TX, Minutes, 1901-1917, Volume L, pages 117-118,161 and 440-443. There are more pages that cover the probate records for William B. Wyatt, but the pages I listed here specifically mention T. M. Loftis.
