OBITUARY:

Adelaide W. Fenstermacher, 104, of Telford, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Rockhill Mennonite Community, West Rockhill Twp. She was the wife of 71 years to the late John S. Fenstermacher who died in 1994.

Born in Worcester, she was a daughter of the late William and Sophia (Schultz) Wisler. A homemaker for most of her life, in her earlier years she was employed part-time at Sackman's Clothing Factory in Telford.

Mrs. Fenstermacher was the oldest living member of Grace United Methodist Church in Telford where she was always very active. Her church and her family were most important to her, but she was also a member of the Telford VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Telford Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by two daughters: Arlene F. Dillion of Canandaigua, NY, Sharon L. Kunz and her husband Charles of Telford, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Rodman Fenstermacher and his wife Jeanette, a son-in-law Thomas W. Dillion, a great-great grandson, Austin Fenstermacher, three sisters: Mabel Wiltsee, Margaret Smith and Ruth Guretse, and a brother, Russel Wisler. Funeral

Services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 10:30 AM in Grace United Methodist Church, 295 S. Main St., P O Box 257, Telford, PA 18969. Interment will follow in the Trinity UCC Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 10:30 prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Grace United Methodist Church at the above address. Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, Telford.
