Clara Pauline Morris 76,of Hooks, Texas died Monday January 29,2001 at her home. Mrs. Morris was born September 23,1924 in Gilliam, Ark. She was an employee of Day & Zimmermann, former president of Office and Professional Employees International Union and a member of Hooks First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Ray Morris of Hooks; four sons and daughters-in-law, William R. and Kaye Morris of Las Vegas; Robert L. and Donna Morris and Michael D. and Donna Morris of Hooks; and Gary R. and Carrie Morris of Dallas; one sister, Rena Jones of Hurst, Texas; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. today in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Orville Farren officiating, under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
