Floyd R. Allen, 3601 East 29th Ave., Lake Station, died Friday morning March 25, at his home in Lake Station.
Mr. Allen was a retired steel worker, and had been with United States Steel. A former Switzerland County resident, he had lived in the Gary community for the last 25 years.
He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Lida Pike, Greensburg, and Mrs. Maxine Harmon, Lawrenceburg.
The services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Haskell and Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay, with burial in the Vevay Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
