BAILEY, Charles Frederick "Rick" Jr., of Mechanicsville, passed away to be with his mother, Mary Jean, October 22, 2011. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Charles Frederick "Fred" Bailey Sr. and Gina; his children, Charles Patrick Bailey (Katie), Kelly Lynn Bailey and John Bryan Bailey; his brothers, Michael Bailey (Debbie), Kevin Bailey and Kyle Bailey; nephews, Kody and Seth Bailey; the mother of his children, Tammy Bailey. Rick had a full life and had great love for his children, and will be missed by all. The family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park.
