OBITUARY :
MARION LOUISE DORSEY FIREY, 91, formerly of National Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at the Williamsport Nursing Home.
Born September 28, 1915 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Samuel B and Grace E. Buchanan Dorsey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Preston Firey on July 29, 1978.
She was a member of Broadfording Church of the Brethren Fellowship in Hagerstown.
She was a former member of the Broad Acres Homemakers Club, Fountain Head Country Club and the Longmeadow Bowling League.
She is survived by one son, Samuel B. Firey of Towson, Maryland, two granddaughters, Allison M. Firey and Jessica A Firey both of Towson, Maryland and; one grandson, Ryan R. Cuomo of Towson, Maryland.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Broadfording Church of the Brethren Fellowship, 14010 Greencastle Pike, Hagerstown. Rev. Len Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Broadfording Cemetery in Hagerstown.
Family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
