GLICK, Isabella G. "Lupe" of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on March 10, 2012, at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab. Age 91 years. Isabella Guadalupe Jamie was born on November 19, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Caterino and Conception (Castro) Jamie. She married William A. Castillo in 1942. William predeceased her in 1968. Lupe later married Howard Glick. He predeceased her in 1971. She was employed by St. Luke's Hospital; retiring in June 1985 after 30 years of service. Lupe was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.

Surviving are a son, David G. Castillo; a daughter, Mary "Kitty" McAnany; a special and dear friend of 39 years, Ronald Korbein; five grandchildren, Gary Troy McAnany, Carolyn (James) Tulley, William Castillo, Stephen Castillo, and Tyler Castillo; several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Isabelle Meyer and Juanita Chantaca. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Lupe's family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab for their loving care.

Lupe was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Jamie, Jesse Jamie and John Jamie; a sister, Rose Zapata and a son-in-law, Gary Gene McAnany.

Lupe's Funeral Liturgy will be take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 612 N. Michigan Ave. Rev. Fr. Joseph Schabel will officiate. Following Lupe's wishes cremation will follow.

Friends are welcome to visit with Lupe's family at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Vigil Service will take place on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Lupe will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Mass.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Crippled Children Foundation or Multiple Sclerosis. Please feel free to share your thoughts and memories with Lupe's family at the funeral home, church or through www.deislerfuneralhome.com.
