Henry Marion Miller, 84, retired stock farmer and oilfield worker moved to Texas in 1872 at the age of four years and had lived in Young, Throckmorton, and Stephens County for 40 years, most of the time around Woodson and Breckenridge. He had been a member of the Church of Christ since 1914. Portis Ribble of Weatherford officiated the services.
Survived by his wife - Mrs. Adah Emmah Miller; four daughters - Mrs. Eddie Beasley, Mrs. Fannie Vickers, Miss Verlie Miller, and Mrs. Pauline Evans; five sons - Jesse C., J.B., C.A., T.J., and J.J. Miller; three step-daughters He - Mrs. Avir Jane Laforge, Mrs. Dusty Miller, Mrs. L.P. Houghton; 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
