A native of Baton Rouge, he was
a veteran of World War I and a
retired contractor, and had lived
his entire life in this city.
He is survived by a brother,
Leslie W. Chance Sr., of this city;
an aunt, Mrs. Lizzie Richardson,
of Baton Rouge; seven nieces. Mrs.
Joseph M. Dunn of Washington D.
C., Dorothy Chance of New
Orleans and Mrs. J.E. Williams
Jr. , Misses Betty, Ora Lee, Lavada
and Frances Chance, all of Baton
Rouge and a nephew, Leslie W.
Chance Jr, of this city.
