Era Beatrice Whiteley, daughter of Robert and Louisa Walls Cline, was born December 11, 1901, in Kingston, Arkansas, and departed this life July 23, 1961, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 59 years, 7 months, and 12 days.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel Walter Whiteley of Star Route, Berryville, Arkansas; three sons; Jesse Whiteley of Springdale, Arkansas; Willie Whiteley of Salinas, California; Robert Whiteley of Berryville, Arkansas; one daughter, Mrs. Clifford Conner of Greenfield, California; two sisters; Mrs. Virgie Griggs of Kingston, Ark.; Mrs. Minnie Eoff of Purdy, Ark.; her mother, Mrs. Lousia Cline of Kingston; 11 grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 26th, at the Liberty Church, with Rev. Auburn Green, officiating. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery, under the direction of the Nelson Funeral Home of Berryville, Arkansas.
