Funeral Rites For Miles Wilson
Services were held November 17, 1969, 2 p.m. at the Noecker Funeral Home for Miles E. Wilson. The Reverend Ray Cornwell officiated at the services, and Mrs. Fern Grams was the organist.
Wilson was born December 18, 1914, at Kent, Washington, to Mr. and Mrs. D.R. Wilson. He was married to Louise Connollly, January 30, 1956, in Billings, Mont., and one daughter was born to them.
He served with the Seabees during World War II, and came to Gillette eleven years ago where he made his home until his death November 13.
He is survived by his widow, Louise; daughter, Kathleen, Gillette; two step-daughters, Jerrine Lindstrom, Texas; and Jane Holmes, Illinois; one step-son, Robert Brokaw, Portland, Oregon; four brothers of Washington, one sister, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Casket bearers were Douglas R. Turner, Junior Gish, Tom Jefferson, Irvin Swanson, George Heiland, and Donn C. Borne.
