Charles W. Culbreth, 62, of 1744 Old Orangeburg Road, Lexington, died Thursday.
Born in Richland County, he was a son of the late M.L. and Allie Abbott Culbreth Sr. He was owner and operator of Mid State Door Sales.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Frances C. Culbreth;daughters, Mrs. Beverly Shull of West Columbia and Mrs. Charlie Hooker of Lexington; sons, William "Gregg" and Ray Culbreth, both of Lexington; a sister, Mrs. Mary Phillips of West columbia; and a brother; Matt Culbreth of West Columbia.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. today at White Knoll Baptist Church, with burial in Red Bank Baptist church cemetery.
The family willl receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Thompson funeral Home of West Columbia. Memorials may be made to White Knoll Building Fund or the Babcock Center.
