After Nellie's death, Asa married Martha A sometime between 1910 and 1920. Martha died prior to 1930.

An illness caused by heart disease resulted in the death of Asa Edward Dille, 74 years old, Sunday at his home in Canal township.
Surviving are three sons and a daughter as follows: Asa R. and W. C. Dille, Utica; Clem, of Canal township, and Mrs. John Dailey of Elmo. Six brothers and a sister, David W. and Zenas, of Franklin; Seth, Canal; Mrs. Emma Archer, and Bert, Utica; George, Sharon, and Charles, New Castle.
The funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in charge of Rev. Donnocker and with interment in the Millcreek cemetery.
