Hazel M. Stacy, 87, of 144 LeRay St., retired licensed practical nurse, died at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where she had been a patient since Aug. 30.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Simpson-Cleveland Funeral Home chapel, Watertown, with the Rev. Carolyn Byrne, pastor of Black River United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Evans Mills Cemetery.

Calling hours will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
