Mrs. Stephens of Alexandria died Wednesday, May 3, 1995, in Integrated Health Services in Bradenton, Fla.
She was a former owner of Central Mercantile Company, past president of Business and Professional Womens Club. She was a former girl scout leader, former member of Cenla Civitan Civinettes, and a member of American Legion Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and Amvets Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Susie Pless and Nancy Thomas, both of Brandenton, Fla.; one sister, S.L. Ardoin of Port Arthur, Texas; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. until time of services Saturday in the funeral home.
