MAYFIELD, Ky., May 26 -- William Pryor (Bill) Sutherlin, age 50, died Sunday evening at his residence, 809 Backusburg Road.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Mabel Sutherlin of Mayfield; a son, Phil Sutherlin of Mayfield; three daughters, Mrs. Richard Cain and Mrs. Stephen Vial, both of New Orleans, La., and Mrs. Darlence Choninger of Springfield, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. L. G. Cook and Mrs. J. T. Hale Jr., both of Mayfield.

Mr. Sutherlin served in the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Byrn Funeral Chapel. The Rev. E. Thomas Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Mayfield.

Pallbearers will be John Cook, Jack Sutherlin, Wayne Barger, Hal Gibson, Larry Mcintosh and Dr. James Adams.
