Elvin was the son of Edward Earl Miller and Hellen Warren Miller.
Elvin Miller, 70, of Kissimmee, Florida, formerly of Joplin, Missouri, died Tuesday, June 10, 1997, at a Kissimmee nursing home after a long illness. Mr. Miller was born July 15, 1916, in Carl Junction, Missouri.
He graduated from Joplin High School. He later received a ministerial degree from the Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Christian Church.
Survivors: threes sons, Michael and David Miller both of Kissimmee and Nicholas Miller of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, Herbert Miller of Aberdeen, MS; sister, Mrs. Lee Davis of Joplin, MO; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The burial was Friday, June 13 at Osceola Memory Garden in Kissimmee. Arrangements were under the direction of Grissom Funeral Home in Kissimmee.
