Jeanette Hazel, 61, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2006 due to a lingering illness at Berkshire Rehab & Comfort Care in Orem, Utah. She was born as a twin on July 12, 1944 to Maud Harding and Clifton Hazel.
She has one brother, two sisters and many loving family members who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her mother Maud Hazel of Spanish Fork, her brother Clifton (Darlene) Hazel of Round Mountain, NV; and her twin sister Joanne (Mei) Conder of Penrose, CO. She is preceded in death by her father Clifton Hazel and sister Bonnie Hazel.
Jeanette was loved dearly and will be missed. The family would like to thank everyone who gave Jeanette loving care. A special "thank you" to Berkshire Rehab & Comfort Care, and Inspiration Hospice. A very special "thank you" to Debbie and Ray Gates for the tender loving care of Jeanette for many years.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 S. State Street, Provo.
