A.C. 'T. Boy' Skipper
CONWAY | A.C. "T. Boy" Skipper, age 82, of the Oak Grove Community, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005 at the Conway Manor.
Mr. Skipper was born July 21, 1923 in Conway, a son of the late Sam Page and Viola Hardee Skipper. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and brother. Mr. Skipper was a member of Pee Dee Freewill Baptist Church. He loved farming and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Skipper was predeceased by his eldest son, James Royce Skipper; one brother, H. W. Skipper, and two sisters, Carrie Skipper and Lou Emma Johnson.

Surviving are his wife, the lady he loved dearly during 60 years of marriage, Janice Carolyn Jordan Skipper of Conway; one son, Earl Skipper of Conway; one daughter, Margaret Phillips and her husband, Frankie, of Conway; a daughter-in-law, Geraline Larrimore Skipper of Conway; five grandchildren, Jo Ann Ward and her husband, Dennis, Rodney Gasque and his wife, Susie, Stacey King and her husband, Tony, Tommy Smith and his wife, Tara, all of Conway, and Kim Lumpkin and her husband, Ronnie, of Alabama; eight great-grandchildren, Blake Ward, Victoria King, Travis King, Lauren King, Breanna Smith, and Luke Gasque of Conway, and Kaylie Neaves and Cody Neaves of Alabama; seven sisters, Pearl Jones of Georgetown, Letha Hucks and her husband, Cleo, of Brittons Neck, Ernestine Moore and her husband, Bennie, Betty Parker and her husband, Buddy, Dorothy Hughes and her husband, Raymond, Genewood Shelley and her husband, Buster, Carolyn Thompkins and her husband, Jimmy, all of Conway, and one brother-in-law, Rev. Doug Johnson of Johnsonville.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday from Pee Dee Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Leroy Larrimore and the Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery, directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.
