Born in Newton, Ga. Father was Bennett Kendrick Stansell b 19 Dec 1805, d 20 Sept 1896. Mother Mary Coppage Dameson (Dameron) b 20th Dec 1805 d 1 Dec 1862
He married Mary Ellen Gentry on Feb 5th, 1862 at the home of William Gentry by the Rev Thomas McCoy.
They were married 37 years had 11 preg, 10 living children
My connection is his son Webster Kendrick Stansell was my Great Grandfather.
