Robert Patrick "Robbie" Baker Jr., 53, of Southern Pines, died Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 9, at The Church of God of Prophecy, in Raeford. Burial will be in Raeford Cemetery. The family received relatives and friends from 6 to 8 p..m. Thursday, March 8, at Crumpler Funeral Home, Raeford.
Mr. Baker was born in Moore County on May 16, 1958. His father, Robert Patrick Baker Sr., his wife, Terry Wilson Baker, and his daughter, Rebecca Lynn Baker, preceded him in death.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Duane Baker and wife, Athena, of Mayadan, and Bobby Ross Baker and Lauren, of Pinehurst; his mother, Virginia (Bonnie) H. McNeill, of Southern Pines; four sisters, Patricia B. Hankins and husband, David, of Marion, Virginia Elizabeth Scott, of Raeford, Debra B. Garner and husband, Wayne, of Lakeview, and Teresa Gail Tant and husband, Jimmy, of Oak Island; and three grandchildren, Trinity Paige Baker, Mason Cole Baker and Aubree Nicole Baker.
