Judith Adcock William 69, died Sunday May 25, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Monroe Georgia on April 3, 1939 to the late John and Mary Clegg Adcock.

Judy graduated from Monroe High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from LaGrange College and a Master's degee from Valdosta State College. She taught 2 years in the Bryan County Public School System and 2 years in the Bacon county Public School System and retired after 28 years in the Coffee County Publilc School System. She served as the head of Social Studies for Coffee High School.

Survivors include, her husband Tom Williams, daughter and son-in-law Karen and Greg Schaack; son and daughter-in-law, Brett and Melody Williams; grandchildren, Lindsay and Morgan Schaack, Jessica and Madeline Crisler and Bryton Williams.

Funeral services were held at 11 am on Friday, May 30 at the First United Methodist Church. The interment followed in the Douglas City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
