Viola M. Raymond of Vernon, age 82, died Thursday, March 1, 2012 at home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Rossell Funeral Home, Rev. Aaron W. Webb officiating. Burial will be at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m and 6-8 p.m. Monday.
Viola was born in Flint, Michigan on June 28, 1929, the daughter of George and Violet (Pierson) Henry. She married Keith L. Raymond on July 26, 1947 in Flint. He preceded her in death in November, 2005. Viola and Keith lived in Flint and moved to Vernon in 2004.
Surviving are: daughters, Bonnie, Denise (Aaron) Webb, Barb (Jo); grandchildren, Dr. Brian (Deanna) Bergey, Tonya (Bob) Gos, Paul (Corrissa), Amber (Jason) Alligood, Aaron (Heather) Webb, Adam (Tiana) Webb; great-grandchildren, Kyle Gos, Cole Gos, Jonah Alligood, Karis Alligood, Aubrey Alligood, Micah Webb, Levi Webb, Riley Webb; sister, Roselene Dees; brothers, Robert (Audrey) Henry, Dan (Renee) Henry; special friend, Dave Autry; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
