A 50-year resident of Washougal, Michael M. Bean, 88, retired owner and manager of Bean's Trailer court on Shepherd Road, died Tues. Oct 7, in Camas.
Born in Atchison, Kans., March 11, 1887, he was a member of the Washougal Grange No. 69 and belonged to the Knight of Pythias in Camas.
Services were held Sat., Oct. 11, at Straub's Funeral Home with the Rev. George Jefferson officiating. Interment was in Skyline Cemetery in Portland.
Survivors are a son, Alvin Neal of Portland; one daughter, Agatha Rossiter, Portland; four grandchildren; two nephews, Oliver Bean, Eugene, Ore., and Ellsworth Bean of Petaluma, Calif., and a niece, Cleona Martinas of Sacramento, Calif.
