Mr. White was born at Tuscumbia, Ala., August 29, 1903, the son of Bud and Nannie White and the family moved to Missouri when he was a small boy. Before retiring, he was a mechanic, also was in charge of the city dump.
On May 2, 1955, in Hernando, Miss., he was married to Miss Mary Dorothy Flowers, who survives.
He also leaves a son, Perry White of Caruthersville; a step-son, Ralph Wade of the U.S. Navy and a sister, Mrs. Leona Morton of Corinth, Miss.
