John A. Garrett, 95 years old, died last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Vena Robertson, 1027 Lafayette, with whom he resided. A carpenter, Mr. Garrett had retired thirty years ago. His birthplace was Highland county, Ohio. Also surviving are a son, Ray W. Garrett, 2935 North Seventeenth, fourteen grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
