Jay P. Cook, 61, of 4112 S. K. St., died Friday at a local hospital. Born in Tacoma, he lived here all his life. He was a truck driver for the City of Tacoma and a member of Teamsters Union No. 313. He is survived by his wife, Edna; three sons, Thomas of Seattle, Robert and Michael of Tacoma; four daughters, Mrs. William (Dorna Mae) Klink of Wenatchee, Sharon, Raelene and Michele of the
home; and brother Ralph of Fresno, Calif.
Services will be announced by Gaffney Funeral Home.
