Margaret M. Hoffman, of Hanover, died April 8.
She was the daughter of the late Harry J. and Elsie V. (Long) Bair.
Margaret was a 1936 graduate of Central Catholic High School in McSherrystown and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hanover.
She was the wife of Elwood F. Hoffman for 65 years and surviving, in addition to him, are 10 children, Francis L. Hoffman, of Spring Grove; William D. Hoffman, John E. Hoffman, Gregory D. Hoffman, Kay M. Stonesifer, Joanne R. Schneider, Barbara J. Fitzpatrick and Carolyn C. Baugher, all of Hanover; Stephen M. Hoffman of Wellsville; and Philip D. Hoffman of New Oxford; 30 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, George A. Bair and a sister, Helen R. Bair.
