Samuel Weiler, 69, formerly of 134 Poplar St., died last night in the U.S. Veterans' Hospital at Lebanon. He resided in Reading 60 years and was employed in the city's department of streets. A native of Berks County, he was a son of the late George and Annie (Moore) Weiler. He was a member of the Lutheran denomination and of the Civilian Conservation Corps. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Mamie L. Hummel, of Shillington. Funeral services will be held in the Gosnell Funeral Home, Shillington on Monday at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Victor A.
