An obituary published in the Windsor Gazette on January 24, 1957, for Mrs. Rose Storm, states she had died January 15 at her home. Funeral services were held for her and for an infant grandson, Lyle Dean Storm. Lyle Dean Storm, infant son of Gerald H. and Faye Storm, had died at the Shelby County Memorial Hospital on January 14, where he had been born on January 13.

Nancy Rosetta [Rose] Storm was born August 10, 1891 in Ash Grove township, the daughter of Henry and Margaret Bridges. She married H. Ray Storm on September 26, 1914. Surviving were her husband, H. Ray; daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Tate, Mrs. Madonna Storm, one son, Gerald H.; sons-in-law, Dean C. Tate and Arbe G. Storm; daughter-in-law, Faye Storm; three grandchildren, Wesley Ray, Larry Dale and Johna Lee Storm; sisters, Mrs. Lydia Storm, and Miss Stella Bridges. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters and one grandson.
