Services for Carl M. Beaver, 65, 1320 West Fourth Street, who died Monday Night, will be held at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Thornhill-Dillon Chapel with the Rev. Dan Bryson officiating . Burial will be in Granby Memorial Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
He was born on February 18, 1903, in Granby and moved to Joplin in 1937. He was employed by Ozark Engineering for 26 years before retiring in 1967. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the I.O.O.F. lodge.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Eva Beaver, three brothers, John Beaver, Tulsa, Okla., Fred Beaver, Winfield, Kans., Charles Beaver, Granby, one sister, Mrs. C. N. Breedlove, Granby.
