George L. Layne, age 74, of Alexandria, Va. died Friday, December 25, 1981. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lelia Nevel of Richmond and Mrs. Marion Driggs of Victoria; a brother, Richard T. Layne of Richmond; also two step daughters, Mrs. Margaret Gresham of Maryland and Mrs. Helen Gregory of Tennessee.
Remains rest at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Rd., where services wil be conducted 11 a.m. Monday. Interment, Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
