In Loving Memory of my Dad:
Dad will be remembered for his many funny stories of growing up during the depression. He was always the life of the party. He kept a tight reign on his family and was always in control. The last five years he became "OUR CHILD", I miss our outings holding his hand, and leading him into the stores when we would go shopping. I miss covering him up when he lay down.
He served his country in the US Navy, and retired from McClellan AFB after 37 years. He was a avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. He is survived by wife of 56 years JoAnne,4 children, Dawn, Randy, Beth, and Amy. Eight grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 2 sisters and one brother, all of Rome N.Y. Cause of death: Alzheimers/Stroke A BIG THANK YOU! TO KIMBERLEY FOR ADDING THE PHOTO OF DAD'S RESTING PLACE...THAT WAS SO THOUGHTFUL!
