"MILLER-BRYARLY
The Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church, at Martinsburg, was thronged yesterday afternoon with a brilliant assemblage to witness the marriage of Miss Sallie Rust Bryarly and Mr. C. Averill Miller, of the firm of Miller & Son, of Martinsburg. Promptly at three o'clock, to the strains of Mendlsshn's Wedding March played by Miss Mary Evans, of Middleway, W. Va., the bride leading on the arm of Hon. E. Boyd Faulkner, preceeded by the ushers James Grantham and J.M. White, of Middleway, and Mr. Eugene Miller & H.L. Doll of Martinsburg, and the maid of honor, Miss Ellen Boyd, of Winchester, Va., entered the church. They were met at the alter, which was beautifully trimmed for the occasion by the groom and Mr. A.M. Gilbert, his best man. The ceremony was then read by Rev. Henry Thomas, rector of the church, out of an ivory-bound prayer-book, which was carried by the bride. The happy couple left on the 3:30 p.m. train via the Norfolk and Western railroad for an extended southern tour. The presents received were numerous and costly."
